The Neighbourhood CTO & AI Whisperer
Acted as a neighbourhood CTO, software builder, and AI strategist for a private circle. Taking concepts from speech sketch to production-ready software. Engineered Mini-BQ (renovation claims tracker), conducted AI Tutoring to optimise workflows, and built high-performance full-stack MVPs.
AGM, Technology Solution and Architecture
Led enterprise Data & AI strategy, architecting the platform (cloud ETL → cloud data platform → dbt) and building a team of 4. Delivered the Material Management Dashboard (real-time inventory tracking) and the legacy report migration to modern BI service. Introduced agentic AI POCs like Credit AI Analysis.
Senior Manager, Technology Solution & Architecture
Owned end-to-end technology solution delivery across custom applications and ERP integrations (various ERP and low-code systems). Built and scaled three technology teams from scratch (20+ people) and consolidated integrations into a single API middleware platform. Delivered LHDN E-Invoice Middleware, Sales & Distribution systems, and over 20+ low-code business applications.
Manager, Corporate Strategy & Innovation
Co-managed the Blue Ocean Strategy PMO. Led the Workplace Modernisation Initiative to digitise manual processes (Legal EDMS, Covid-19 tracker, Work Order system). Facilitated the Intrapreneurship Programme using design thinking to coach teams.
Practice Manager, SharePoint
Led pre-sales solutioning and managed end-to-end client delivery for SharePoint intranet and collaboration platforms. Coordinated project teams across multiple concurrent client engagements and SharePoint Online (Office 365) deployments.
IT Technical Consultant
Hands-on developer designing and delivering SharePoint and ASP.NET custom solutions. Executed platform architecture, sprint planning, code reviews, and multiple large-scale SharePoint migrations (MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2013).

My operating philosophy.
Three fundamentals that guide every decision, from initial assessment to final handover.
Do it right the first time.
If the upstream process or data is flawed, building complex pipelines downstream to patch it is a losing battle. I believe in designing workflows that capture clean inputs and enforce correct actions right at the start. Fix the root source upstream, and your downstream architecture naturally becomes simple, elegant, and resilient.
Technology is only as good as the trust surrounding it.
Every digitalisation effort carries a human factor; it must be humane. You can build the most elegant architecture, but if technology and physical processes strangle each other instead of empowering each other, teams will bypass the system. True transformation requires mutual adaptation: technology must be tailored to fit the reality of the work, and teams must shift their mindset to leverage the new tools. It is about removing friction by designing systems with the people who run them, not just for them.
Success is measured by what runs after I leave.
Many consultants deliver a slide deck or a fragile prototype and walk away. I define success by building production-ready systems and upskilling your internal team so they fully own the capability. If you need to keep paying me to keep the lights on, I haven't done my job. True enablement means leaving behind a team that scales independently.
Outside the org chart.
Based in Kuala Lumpur. Most comfortable at the edge between a business problem and the system that could solve it, which is also, conveniently, where the interesting work tends to live.
My approach to technology is purely pragmatic: I believe the best systems are the ones teams can actually run and maintain themselves. That is why I transitioned into freelance consulting and training to help teams strip away the AI hype, build practical workflows that save time, and gain the confidence to innovate independently.
